1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Googlin platform, the browser extension and Googlin’s associated services.
2. Services
Googlin provides an animated avatar service, a social network, an intelligent cart, an AI advisor and a token system. Basic use is free for end users.
3. Registration
Certain features require a user account. The data provided must be truthful. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Tokens
Tokens are an internal unit of account with no cash value. They can be earned, transferred and used for premium content, but not exchanged back into cash.
5. Code of conduct
Illegal content, harassment, spam and circumventing technical protections are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension.
6. Liability
Googlin is not liable for the content of third-party websites on which the avatar is displayed. Price and product details from partner shops are without guarantee.
7. Changes
We may amend these terms. We will inform you of material changes in good time in the app or by email.
8. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zug, to the extent legally permitted.
